We had our taxes done here. It took almost 2 hours! The preparer did not know what she was doing. Filed wrong and now I have to amend my taxes to get the rest of my refund. I asked for a manager or owner and was told that I can give the receptionist my complaint and she will email it to him. They charged me $240 for all this hassle too!
