I bought a land rouver 2006 last year, with 4 months of use it blew and the concert was at 7 thousand dollars. I returned to independence and went to complain. They had the biggest disregard for me that they could not do anything to help me. So I said I wanted another car, and they sold me a Mercedes E350 2008. They asked me for $ 4,000, which the financier had asked for. Then I discovered that I bought a car worth $ 10,000 and sold for $ 19,000. The summary is owing 31 thousand dollars for financial with a car that is worth 10 thousand dollars. This company does not care about its customers and they are not honest.

Good: Taylor was a cool sales guy. Love my car. The buying experience was fine...it wasn't until after...that it was HORRIBLE....
Bad: Terrible follow up. Terrible communication. Terrible service department (Sam, she doesn't have a clue) Carlos, sucks out loud. Deejay, the 'manager' said my paperwork was lost for the agreed repairs on my car.
Bottom line, they could do better. One thing to be a shady car sales place, but at least mask it with amazing customer service.

Worst experience ever in buying a used vehicle! They promised to fix my vehicle and when they attempted to do so they used the wrong parts and further damaged my vehicle! They had my vehicle for 2 seperate months trying to fix one thing AND they didn't hook my break lines back up properly! My vehicle is not safe to drive and they have left me and my kids with no reliable transportation! Now they won't return phone calls, text messages or faxes! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will possibly be seeking compinsation in court!

Another Great Experience with my favorite dealership Independence Auto Center! I just bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to replace my 2006 Jeep that I also bought it from the same place. Price wise no one could beat this place! I went to a competitor closer to my house to look and I was just not happy with them and their prices so I decided to go back to Independence Auto Center. The sales people there were really nice and helpful! Go see them if you want someone who listens to everything you want and also makes you feel like he/she is your friend not just a commission. They were very nice and did everything I asked and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. We have purchased 2 cars for me and my wife (a 325i BMW) and they are both the best cars we had so far. Just wanted to change mine to a newer car so this was our 3rd car from them. Every time I come in they remember me and make sure I am taken care of ! I tell everyone I know if you are looking for a good, clean and reliable car, just visit this place.
