I was delighted with the service I received from FAST Eddies! Wonderful people, pricing was very very good compaired to what I was quoted at a few shops up and down Evergreen Way. They also are willing to work with my schedule, dropped my car off, a wonderful friendly woman took me home and picked me up when the car was finished! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! FAST AND EASY WITH OVER THE TOP QUALITY WORK!

I brought a 1968 Shelby in for a front end alignment. I restore cars for a hobby. I only bring them in for front end alignments. Manager said he had 30 years experience and knew these cars inside and out. The manager informed me that they could not get it right. That the right wheel was going to be a little off. And he explained why. I then asked him why they could not "shim" the right upper control arm so that it could be brought into alignment. He then said" oh, that would be alot of work." And then for the next few minutes tryed to convince me that it would be fine, " it will only be a little unstable at high speeds." It is alot unstable at high speeds. I told my brother and he informed me that he had recently brought his truck into them for same thing, My brother normally dose his own alignments with a tape measure. His car had been hit and insurance was paying. He could tell alignment was off from across their parking lot. Had many arguements with this guy before they would redue.

I have to give hats off to Bill Stovall for his patience and willingness to provide us with the answers to all of our questions and his ability to work with our financial situation, and to still get us into the vehicle we wanted. No matter how many questions or concerns, or multiple phone calls I made, he was kind, pleasant, understanding, professional and promptly got back to me. RIck Miller was our sales representitive that also was wonderful and fun to work with. The customer service did not end when we drove off your lot. He has continued to call and check in with us to ensure our satisfaction with the vehicle. I could go on and on about the wonderful employees at smokey point, including the financing department and the staff that assisted in transfering the Washington plates to Oregon. We, as many people, went from high 700's credit scores, to 500's after having no option but filing for bankruptsy due to job losses, moving, etc. It isn't easy to go from one end of the spectrum t

Very reliable people. Honest and fair. I recieved great service at a fair price. They even showed me what was wrong with my truck! I will use them again. They also inspected my vehicle to let me know if there was any other problems. I would recomend them to all my friends.
