The management is shady and not capable of conducting their business in the ethical manner. I purchased a bedroom furniture, part of which was delivered with more than a month of delay and it arrived physically damaged. I took pictures of all damages and sent them to the store manager (see the Photo section in their Yelp profile). He agreed to order the replacement. After approx. 2 months of wait, I realized there will be no replacement and attempted to cancel my order. The manager has failed to comply and never responded to my request for a refund. The complaint was turned over to BBB, and guess what? The manager now claims that the furniture that was delivered to me has been free from any defects. They are refusing to refund the money, which prompts to report these thieves to the Police and Credit Card Company.In summary, they never delivered the furniture but kept the money.DO NOT REPEAT MY MISTAKE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS!

I LOVE this furniture store! The prices are amazing, the quality is amazing, and the owner is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They carry memory foam mattresses that feel like top of the line brands, for 1/5 the price. I recommend this store to anyone looking for high quality at reasonable prices!
