they saved her life

this is a wounderfull place , i have 1 yr old boxer that had a object lodged in his intestines ,they provided excellent and quick service and arrange an affordable payment option for us. i was apprehensive at first , being that we had never used this facility , but to my amazement this place is great , we will be takeing all our dogs here from now on , and all the girls who work here are careing and compastionat as well .., dont be taken back by a couple if yahoos negative reviews , theres two sides to all storys these people are great .. ..thank you BROADWAY ANIMAL HOSPITAL for saveing our dog ...( angus loves ya )

Complaint against Broadway Animal Hospital and Royal Samlley, D. V. M. Everett, WARe: Oscar G-of Vegas born May 1, 2005On January 31, 2013 Our beloved English Bull Dog Oscar (AKC: His Honor Oscar G-of Vegas NP104645-01) suffered unnecessary pain and subsequently lost his life within four hours of surgery due to negligence, neglect, unprofessional behavior and errors of practice by Royal Smalley and staff of Broadway Animal Hospital.

my cats enjoy the vets and the assistances! been using them for years. very reasonable.

I took 2 cats in at the same time. One was there for a check-up, while the other was to stay overnight to be spayed the next morning. The one there for a check-up had a small infection in her gum which is very common for her due to the fact that she has FVR. The vet ran $400 of unnecessary tests (on both cats when only one had an infection) even after I told him of her condition. He decided that it wasn't an infection but rather allergies. He prescribed steroids for her which only made her infection worse. I had to take her to another vet to get the antibiotics that he should have prescribed in the first place. Then they proceed to call me and tell me that my cat is doing fine after the spay but they had the wrong name. They couldn't even keep track of which cat they had undergoing surgery. The rooms did not look or smell clean. I was very disappointed and have not ever taken my cats back since.

Dr Gill's care of two of our stray cats was great and I would highly recommend her. Broadway is inexpensive and caring and we feel the best vet service in North Everett. SM

I just got a kitten from the Everett Animal Hospital (they are horrible). They sent him off to this dump to be checked out and nutered. They told me that I should get a bunch of bloodwork done before he goes in for his nutering because he could die on the table or some load of crock. Its my first kitten so I did it! I wanted to make sure he would be okay. Well, when I get him back the bloodwork was SO expensive. I didnt get any special discount or anything for saving this little guys life. I mean, god knows Im going to spend another few hundred on his shots so a small discount would have been nice! Also, when I took him home his foot was messed up! I quickly called back to see what happened and of course "no one had any idea". No one saw it, so obvioulsy they arent taking as good of care of him as they should be, and if they did, no one let me know about, which just made me more angry. I had a fecal done to make sure there were no parasites or anything. They said they would call the next day. 3 days later I called them back and asked what was going on! She said he was nagative for worms or parasites and I told her "Really? Because I see worms in his poop right now!!" apparently tape worm isnt a parasite/or a worm? So they told me to go there and pay MORE money to get that taken care of. BITE ME! All the want is your money and they will do WHATEVER they can to get it! The place looks like a dump and the doctors look like they have down syndrome and sound like IDIOTS on my phone--my god, please go somewhere else!!!

I took my beloved Basset Hounds to Broadway for over ten years. The loving and caring atmosphere cannot be compared. Dr. Shepherd, Dr. Gill, Joan and all the other caring staff made it the best facility of it's kind. All of my relatives also used this office. No one has ever said an unkind word, or had any regrets. They go above and beyond being just a veterinary hospital. They become like family.

I do animal rescue and I couldnt do it with out the great people at Broadway Animal Hospital. They really care about your pet and strays alike. Both Dr Gill and Dr Shepherd have a great rapport with the animals and give first rate care. They are the only vet in the area that I have found that doesnt leave you with the feeling that the money means more than the animal. I would recommend them to everyone with a dog and/or a cat.
