My wife's car was hit by another driver who ran a light. My wife's car was her baby of 11 years. We could not figure out why our insurance carrier, NOT State Farm, wanted us to accept a total loss settlement from them. First, it was the other driver's fault. Second, the car only sustained fender, bumper and hood damage. We couldn't get ANY clear answers from our insurance company who only deals over the phone from several states away.

Finally, I called a good friend of mine, Jeff Farnsworth, and asked him to help me even though I wasn't his client.
