Crappy Conversion from Previous Lee's Inn. Most Sauna rooms r gone on ground floor & priced way high compared to Value Place 1/2 mile up the road.

My Personal Opinion --on-- Lees Inn & Suites - Evansville:



Over the past several months I have made several trips to Evansville -- to visit one of my Grandsons living there. Originally, I had stayed at various hotels/motels across the river in Kentucky. My Grandson had stayed at the hotel a few times before and he recommended I stay there stating 'The people there are really nice.' My Grandson was correct; I found Lees Inn & Suites, its Manager, and the entire Staff, as well, to be very Organized, Clean, Friendly, and extremely Helpful & Courteous.



An additional bonus offering from Lees Inn & Suites is that if you have a connection with any branch of the military and have a military ID, Lees Inn and Suites of Evansville you will receive a reasonable 'military service members' discount in addition to the hotel's already decent priced rooms.



Personally, I have stayed at Lees Inn & Suites on four or five separate occasions. I have found the staff to be exceptionally attentive to any issue that might come up (once, after my spilling a gallon of Iced Tea on the floor, I used on of the towels from the bathroom --and so-- I needed an extra towel - it was delivered to my room within mere minutes … by a super-friendly employee).



Lees Inn & Suites rooms were always very clean - the bed's linens always have that 'nice, clean smell' and they are roomy and way, way comfortable! There is also a nice and comfy recliner, a smaller-sized couch (which converts to an additional very comfortable bed, if you so in need of such), decent cable television, a full-size refrigerator, a large microwave, a toaster, dinnerware and silverware, a smaller-type coffee maker (coffee / tea / and accessories -- are provided for free - at any time), there is a full sink with garbage disposal, a really super-duper hair dryer, and -- most useful is an Iron & ironing being in each room. If, by chance, doing your own laundry just cannot in your plans - Hey, Lees Inn & Suites even offer a dry cleaning pick-up service (in the morning) that is usually capable of being cleaned and returned on that same day (service is provided by a local dry-cleaning business - separate from Lees Inn & Suites- and your items are cleaned at your own expense, naturally).



When the morning rolls around, Lees Inn & Suites put out a nicely-done (quantity and quality) complementary breakfast ... always free, always delicious! … Eggs, meats, oatmeal, breads, cold cereal, milk, coffee, choose from several juices offered, and et cetera - a really nice lay out, for sure!



Now, Lees Inn and Suites is not the "Ritzy-type hotel,' by any means -- Which is perfectly fine by me. It is modern, having everything that is useful - and then some (I forgot to mention the small, but well-equipped, gym area). Seriously, I have always found Lees Inn and Suites' employees to be genuinely concerning and trustworthy -- maintaining a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. All-in-all, the hotel is more than just merely adequate.



Doing business with Lees Inn and Suites of Evansville is much, much more affordable (and, enjoyable) than most hotel / motels of their size / classification. If, by any unlikely scenario, you are not able to resolve an issue with the staff's participation -- in the morning, simply ask for the manager … one of the nicest men in business, no doubt. He will do whatever it takes (within typical measures, of course) to make sure that you are well-satisfied with your stay.
