Sydney Laner & Company... Dealing with these people has been a nightmare, not only do they have the worst communication skills I have ever had to deal with. They outright lied to us on more than one occasion. For a Company to treat their customers this way only tells me that they do not care one bit about the customer or any return business. We had left feedback earlier on this sight only to have them CHANGE THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS and cancel there old advertising. I suppose that rids them of negative feedback. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I feel a reveiw of this business is necessary as a warning to others not to deal with them. My experience with them has been nothing but negitive. All three employees including the owner have the worst communication skills I have ever seen. Numerous calls and E-mails were never returned or answered. I was also outright lied to when contact was finally made. Sydney Laner Co. may have been around since 1912, but let me tell you they will not be around much longer if there business practices don't change. I would not recomend these people to anyone.
