The worst experience ever. Was told to bring my phone in for an exchange. When I did was told I could not exchange it. Would have to send back to ATT. The manager hid in the back and refused to speak to me. When I walked in the first time all employees were sitting at s table--took several minutes for one to finally get up and help me. Avoid this store is the best advice I can give. A total waste of time. Would have given it zero stars if possible. Why ATT keeps this store open surprises me
