I would strongly suggest anyone considering buying a home built by Lakeview Builders do their homework first on the owner, Don Litwiller. He sold me a home with a city code violation and then blatantly stated he "didn't care" what the code inspectors said, he wanted paid for correcting the code violation. We also experienced serious problems with the sewer drainage from our new home. His lack of professionalism is disturbing and very disappointing considering the amount of property he has been building in the Eureka area over the years. I

suggest you search out a different builder if you are considering buying or building a home from Lakeview Builders.
