Crestwood Behavioral Health has been providing residential mental health recovery programs since 1979. With a campus in Eureka, Calif., it houses a mental health rehabilitation center and adult residential facility, as well as supports a day treatment program. The center is a 46-plus-bed mental health rehabilitation center and administers a prevocational training program. Crestwood Behavioral Health serves as a training site for students pursuing various careers in the mental health field. It is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). The center additionally supports the Bridge House program, which is a residential treatment facility that offers a dual diagnosis program, as well as a day rehabilitation program.
