Everyone I came in contact with in this business was outstanding, from the ladies at the front counter to the installers. I got very special service throughout, and will certainly recommend Carpet Express.

I was getting ready to sell my house and needed input to help me choose new floors. Everyone at Carpet Express was so helpful! They were willing to take the time to explain things and help me make an educated decision on what was best for me. I took home samples and the store manager came to my house and took the measurements himself. Once I chose, the ordering process was quick and easy, and they were able to install the floors the day after they came in. The installers were polite, clean cut and very skilled. From start to finish I had nothing but a good experience.
