lady that answers the phone is a miserable rude person, I asked a question being that ive never had to use oil before and she made me feel stupid she makes you feel like you are bothering her at her job she is getting paid to do, no thanks I would rather pay a few cents more and get better customer service.

Been a customer of Liberty Oil for over 10 years now. I use their automatic delivery service and have never ran out of oil since day 1, a feat our last oil company could not accomplish. When we switched to them, they were much cheaper in price. My neighbor has another oil company, we compared prices and Liberty was still much lower. Glad i found an oil company that gets the job done for the right price...

My furnace stopped working in the middle of this past winter. My previous oil company could not come out to fix it for at least a week. I called around other companies and Liberty responded fast and was at my door within 3 hours of my phone call. I spent the rest of my winter warm thanks to them. To comment on previous posts made here, the lady on the phone was very concerned about my problem and helpful in getting it resolved. Their service is outstanding.

Extremely rude! Don't bother with this place.

They are more expensive than others and was completely rude on the phone. Last year we used them for our oil and they never did get our billing correct, sending it to different addresses. The old woman on the phone is really nasty and will make certain prior to ending the call that you are bothering her.

We are using Quality Oil this year and they are 40 cents cheaper per gallon and are nice on the phone.
