my 11 year old had quite a few issues with her new braces, brackets popped off, a tooth moved rapidly and the wire was pocking her, and a band was rubbing a hole in her gums, they always got us in right away (same day) to fix the problems, I had to visit all three offices, each time with a different braces problem and each office was kind, courteous, very friendly and always accommodating... they spoke directly to my daughter and made her feel included and important. If my younger children need braces we will definitely be going with this orthodontist practice!!
