This has to be the worst run store. i called to try to find out where my order is that was paced the begining of Oct. and it is now 4 weeks later and no order. spoke to 5 different people , was put on hold for 45 minutes and finally hung up. Another person gave me a number to call that has been disconected. Finally got a call back and missed the call , she left a message to call her back but no information as to her extension , the main # will not give me her extension and keep saying they will have her call me back, still waitingl
. If I could give them 0 stars i would. Go some where else for your medical supplies.

Always helpful in ordering my supplies that I need. Plus they always have them in stock and I don't have to wait for them to arrive. They answer all of my questions and have a professional attitude. I use a
c-pap machine.

They should look somewhere else for service. This business is great to new customers but after that the service goes downhill dramatically. They are rude on the phone and sell equipment that does not have a full warranty. They will not admit to their mistakes and stick you with a bill
