This company, within the past two years, has been sold and is under new ownership. They were allowed to keep the name under the assumption they would continue the same great service. They do not know how to cut meat. Did not learn anything from their predecessors. When we got our half cow back it was not cut according to instructions. We got 80 + pounds of greasy tasting hamburger, 12 steaks of various cuts (none with tenderloin or back strap included), one package of two very poorly cut tenderloin. The cuts we received tells me they kept all the best cuts for themselves. This is the second time we were ripped off by these butchers. asked for stew meat...got none. All of the cuts were very poorly done. My husband talked to four other customers that have recently used these butchers and they reported the same concerns. I would have given them zero stars, but that was not an option.
