Do you love having to do your own follow up?

Do you love business owners that do not know how to return phone calls/email/text messages?

Does it thrill you to find out that after two months of a home visit, you have to call the warranty company for a status update only to learn that NO claim for your warranty has been issued?

Do you want to do business with someone who, when you call and tell him that that the warranty has not been processed and tells you he'll check into it and call you back, then NEVER does?
