. November 14 2014: Classic Furs ruined my coat. They took it out of the cold storage (which is why I brought it to them) without telling me and hung it in a back room for quite a while where the coat became permeated with some awful incense spray (odor cover-up) that is stinking up the entire store. This noxious smell became imbedded in my coat. When I picked up my coat and subsequently reported to them that my coat 'stunk' they refused to acknowledge that and said it had no smell. They refused to correct this problem and now the coat has to be taken to another fur repair company to remove this acrid spray by fumigating it. I paid Classic Furs, Rte. 9, Manalapan,NJ, to keep the coat in a refrigerated vault, not to be hung on a rack in a back room redolent of cheap incense. By the way, Yellow Pages won’t let you post a comment like this unless you give some kind of ‘star’ review. This company deserves no ‘stars’, but I had to put in at least one ‘star’ for this to get posted.
