I have always had pleasant experiences there. The stylists are always kind and accommodating and the masseuse that I visit is fantastic! The store is very up to date and comfortable and even when I have seen customers be difficult the staff are very professional. I see many high school kids go there for their school dances and such and constantly recommend Mantra to my friends.

Despite the appearance, Mantra does not maintain trends for young adults. This is the second time I brought my son to get a haircut with a picture. The "stylist" took the picture, and according to my son and to the final appearance of his cut, she never looked at it again. She cut it shorter all over THEN asked how he/i liked it. His hair was flipping out on all sides and uneven on one side. The excuse was..." He has more hair on this side." She parted his hair and cut it. No one asked her to do that. My advice, do not take your child or teen unless a crew cut for sports is needex. If your son has any sense of style, you are better off at GreT clips where theyrecognize and can demonstrate it in their product.

I am a disabled person. I recently applied at this salon for part of my education. I was not accepted because of my disability. I was discrimated against. The owner said I didn't have a good attendance record. Which is totally untrue. I think the ADA would be very interested in this matter. But, I feel it is their loss. Because I am really good at what I do. I always give it 150%. I may follow through and let the ADA know about it. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. If they have no understanding or empathy for their fellow man. It seems as if thy are only out for the all mighty dollar.
