I have used this place twice. The second time I lost money in 2 machines. I was there on a Sunday evening. I called the owner that week and was called a liar without the word liar being used. She told me she never has problems when she is there. She told me of how I did not know how to use a machine properly. I got a 2-minute lecture on this while on the phone with her. She interrupted me in mid sentence to tell me I did not know how to use a machine properly and that she thinks I am a liar - without that word. She never has problems when she is there - Thursday thru Sunday 9-2. She did refund my money, hwever, I will NEVER use that place again. I do NOT appreciate being told I am not telling the truth and especially over $5.50. She told me how honest she is all the while letting me know she thinks I am not. Also, the bathroom is kept locked due to too much vandalism. So because she has trouble with that, I guess she assumes all people in the neighborhood are just thieves.
