I bought a new build house in which Steel-T did the HVAC. I've had problems with the AC ever since I moved in. They came out numerous times to try to fix it. At the end of the day two different servicemen from their company told me that they put in a lower ton unit then what was needed. One Technician told me that they were done dealing with our problem. He said that who likes to have their house cooled to 70 degrees anyway. I've ended up call other companies to help fix their problem. Head my warning, go to anyone other then Steel T.

Myke saved the day. Another contractor tried to get us to replace our furnace after it stopped working. They said it was too expensive to fix. Myke came out and diagnosed a bad motor that makes the air move in the house. He called the manufacture and got them to warranty the part and then picked it up and replaced it under warranty. What a great thing for us in this economy and at this time of year! Merry Christmas to Steel-T and our kids will have one now because of Myke!

We called Steel-T after years of disapointments from contractors. Michele was great on the phone and Martin Stubby came to our home to fix a long term problem we have been having. Many other companies have looked at it with no resolution. I wish we would have called them first. Our 1964 home is more comfortable than it has ever been. He is a real proffesional and we would recomend them to anyone. Thanks Martin you guys were worth every penny!

Steel-T sent Daryl to my home today to service our system. He did an amazing job and spent the time to explain everything. Our furnace had insulation in the blower from the side of the furnace stopping the air from getting through it. Veronica the dispatcher set the appointment and called me to let me know Daryl was on his way so I wouldn't have to wait at the house. How refreshing to have a company I can trust come to my home and fix a problem.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while...everytime hot or cool weather moves in & I need my heating or AC unit to work, I think about how Steel T installed a poorly designed HVAC system. They came out & said our system is fine...our house still varies in temp, one room can be too cool, another too warm...the kids crawl in our bed sometimes because their room is too cold. I strongly recommend using another HVAC company.
