I am always impressed by others who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service! This would best describe my experience with Mike's Clock Repair, and Mike's exceptional, fair, and ethical service. I had two clocks that needed service. I brought the first clock to Mike and was thinking it needed a complete overhaul. After Mike’s thorough investigation, he quickly assessed it was only in need of minor cleaning and simple adjustments and took careful care to send me on my way. He could have easily replaced my clock’s inner workings, charging me hundreds of dollars (which I was ready to pay), but his moral and principled work ethics prevented him from taking advantage of me. As a result, I immediately returned with a more expensive (well... "intrinsic value" and much older clock), which he performed a similar repair.

I give Mike my absolute highest level of recommendation as he is a man of great integrity! I guarantee you will not be disappointed! He is highly skilled in his craft and his knowledge is unsurpassed. I promise you will not be disappointed!
