I have used this shop to not only pawn but to purchase they have always treated me fairly and with courtesy even when a time or two I was Stressed out they helped to put me at ease so that the business at hand could be taken care of in a fair way

I began dealing with Alpha Pawn years ago, yes needed money and was leary of pawning my cherished items. The "old crew" explained the process well and I began my dealings with them. When they were bought by Fast Cash I was worried that I would loose my items but that did not happen. I am so happy they kept some of the "old" crew there,they are honest and good business people.I also trust the newer members of the team they are good at there jobs.The only problen is there computer system, it sucks! It takes too long to complete transictions, will not combine and simplify the transactions, such a waste of employees and clients time. All that aside, Alpha / Fast Cash is a good pawn shop to deal with, I will continue to use them as needed, just glad they kept some of the old crew and Sandra is a blessing, to work with.
