Jeffrey Easley's multifaceted background provides a distinct benefit to the firm's clients. Mr. Easley attended Oregon State University (B.S. Biology and Chemistry); the University of Miami School of Law (invited to join Law Review); and the University of Denver College of Law (Journal of International Law and Policy). He has been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 1987 and in California since 1989; served as a Colorado Deputy District Attorney; worked for Hughes & Associates, Santa Ana, California; and started The Easley Law Firm in May 1990. Mr. Easley practices law in California and Colorado. His background since includes appearances in over one hundred California, Colorado, and federal court cases (employment, injury, malpractice, wrongful death, real estate); litigation against state and federal governmental entities and Fortune 500 corporations (e.g., General Motors, Sun Microsystems); acting as lead counsel for the plaintiff in high-profile cases* such as Ariza, et al. v. US WEST (employment sexual harassment by a serial killer), Claice v. Hooters (employment sexual assault), Wesp v.
