Absolutely the most horrible customer service I've ever received! My car was broken into last Easter Sunday, and I had to travel out of town the next day. This was the only place that was open to take the job on Monday morning. The owner reassured me he would come to my address, set the new glass, and clean the car. My room mate was ready to greet the guy in the morning as promised. They didn't show until after 3pm, the car was left a mess. They didn't care to clean it and on top of it I had to pay $225 for the window. When I called the owner this morning he yelled at me over the phone! He told me it was my fault no one was there in the afternoon, and that there was no electrical outlets to plug their vacuum cleaner to. He was rude and unprofessional. He didn't care to listen, or try to work things out. He simply yelled and blamed things on me. He never offered an apology or took responsibility for the poor service. Save your money and go elsewhere with professionals who appreciate your business. The one star rating is too generous in my honest opiniion.

We used these guys to replace our windshield and they did a horrible job. They completely scratched the rim of the windshield while removing the old glass. When confronted they lied and tried to say they didn't do it & then turned around and confessed that yes it was their mistake!!! The owner called me white trash and told me to get the f**k out of his office & only refunded the cost of the glass but never gave us the full refund!!! What a bunch of hack-jobs!!! Never use these guys they're rude & disrespectful. Worst business ever!

I will always use these guys and refer them to everyone I know
