I could write a 5 page essay on how amazing team link is. The owner Brian, has set the perfect tone of competition, challenge, and team work. If you're lucky enough to join team link Enfield, you will be joining a wonderful family. AND you will get in shape, feel safer having learned self defense, and challenge yourself with an awesome sport.

I've trained with Team Link for 2 years. Before I came here I didn't have any serious martial arts experience (as an adult). Being a female, I was a little intimidated walking into a BJJ/MMA gym and sign up for classes, not knowing how the people would be, or if it was going to be a rough crowd full of angry, stereotypical fighters. Much to my surprise, I couldn't have been any happier with the people I've come to know as my extended family. Our Head Coach Brian American (Black Belt), is an amazing teacher and has this way of teaching with such detail that even the most complex techniques are within reach to understand and apply. This school is truly second to none and my experience here has and will continue to be outstanding. I have learned so much about the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and also about practical self-defense; self-defense techniques that can actually be effectively used in a real life scenario. I feel like over the years I have developed the ability to protect myself and that's such an amazing feeling. All women should feel like they have a fighting chance against an attacker. Team Link CT will give you that, and so much more!
