Provided by YP.comOur company uses Bob to repair our aging copier that seems to work less than a welfare recipient. Bob is strait forward and business oriented. Based on the previous review it sounds like that customer should have RTFM'd. Bob is professional and affordable.

Provided by YP.comIf you want a lazy, rude man to come to your home or business and fix your printer, only to have him tell you can "read the manual" and fix it yourself, then this is the place to call.
Very disappointed in the service in that there wasn't any. Will never call them again. I'd rather pay more and get excellent customer service!!
