WOW! This place was amazing. The guy I saw was Nick. I got the best cut & color I have EVER had. He was super nice as was everyone in the salon. The girl who helps him was very sweet and so was the receptionist. I have never gotten as many compliments on my hair before as I did after I went to this salon. The place was beautiful with some cool art on the wall and they had a HUGE parking lot in the back and parking was free. I am definitely a fan. I have found my new salon - Thanks Nick & everyone at Platinum Salon.... you guys Rock!

Absolutely awful!! The "stylist" I believe his name is Nick, and hes the owner, did not know what was, or how to do, a simple layered haircut. He was very unfriendly. He ignored me in the middle of dying my hair to go eat in front of me. The cut was bad, and I told him and he said it is supposed to look choppy because it is dry. He also did not have a clue how to do an ombre highlight. He created a straight line across the middle over my hair between very light and my natural very dark. I questioned this at the beginning but he assured me it would be fine and it would blend naturally. then he left me sitting for to long in the chair while he ate and chatted. another stylist came to look and told him I was done. She then washed me because he seemed to have no interest in doing it. I ended up with a straight line separating the light and dark, which she tried to fix with toner, but it did not work. I asked her about the cut and as well and she just said it was okay but she didn't want to fix it. then she dried my hair, which came in the lifebooker deal, but they tried to charge me $30 to have a regular blow dry, and said she would style my hair in tight pinned up curls because i wanted it to look good the next morning when i left on a trip. she didn't even finish blow drying it and then she sent me out the door because i was the last client and she wanted to close up and go home. You could tell when I left that they knew they did a bad job. unfortunately I had already paid on lifebooker so I was out the money. I never got one complement on my hair, not ever a did you do something to your hair, until I fixed it on my own with a box, and got a $12 haircut, most likely because they did not want to mention that it did not look good before. Never again going to trust my looks to a company because I got a "good deal" on the internet!!!!
