Dallas arrived, as promised, within an hour of my call about nearly all the outlets and lights going dead gradually over the last few days. He identified the sources of the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it all in about an hour and a half. Then he checked every outlet and light, and also very helpfully pointed out that I had the wrong kind of bulb in a ceiling light. He knows his business, is honest, professional and courteous; and his charges are reasonable. I highly recommend him. Thanks Dallas!
