I have been waiting for this guy to give me an estimaIe and/or proposal. How many people has this guy treated like this or possibly given money to this person to get a job and not shown up. This guy should be reported to the BBB. As for a rating, it should start with zero.

I too have had nothing but a terrible time having this person return calls. Must not need the work. Might be a good person, but a lousy businessperson. Someone leave a message if this person returns your calls.

I have had the same experience. Red flag if running business from home. No followup and does not return calls. Will let all my friends know, not to use this person.

Does not return calls. I wonder if this company is qualified to do a very challeging job. If this is the case, I should be told, not strung along. This outfit appears not to be able to coordinate with other contractors to get work done. May know his field of work, but not organized.
