This guy is a crook, he kept my application money after he could not deliver on a promised loan. My home closing was less than a month away and he did not return phone calls I made to his office until I had secured a loan elsewhere. He then got very upset when I got a better loan than the one he was now quoteing. He said he would give the application fee back, it would take 30 to 60 days. 90 days went by and no check. He was called again and he said there must have been a mix up in accounting he would get on it. Time went by and still no check. He was called again and then he said"I don't take calls from people who don't have mortgages with me." Beware this guy
