Crown Metal Manufacturing Company makes store fixture hardware, such as wall standards, shelf brackets, sign holders, face outs, hangrod, pegboard and slatwall hardware, and many custom metal parts. Its in-house manufacturing capabilities include stamping (conventional and CNC turret punch press), roll forming, laser cutting, welding (resistance, TIG, MIG, brazing, robotic TIG, robotic MIG), press brake forming (mechanical and CNC hydraulic), riveting, assembly, custom labeling and custom packaging. All plated and powder coated finishes are available. The company has distribution facilities in Illinois and in California to facilitate lower freight costs. Crown Metal is the exclusive distributor in the United States of the Peerless line of products. Its manufacturing facility is located in Elmhurst, Ill., and encompasses a 10-acre site with a 140,000-square-foot, single-story structure, Crown's manufacturing and warehouse facility.
