We had some storm damage to our house. Exterior damage resulted in leaks which damaged the interior. The Kaizen Group helped with the insurance stuff, and did a great job on both the exterior and interior work. They even came up with a good venting solution for our poorly-vented attic space. Highly recommended!

Becca handled the project like a true professional. She kept me up to date on all aspects of the project, including comments from the insurance company, schedule and weather reports. They cleaned up nicely and fulfilled all obligations. The company will stay very successful, if they continue to maintain these standards.

We had some hail damage to our roof and gutters. Becca was extremely friendly and helpful in walking us through the process of submitting a claim and all of the paperwork involved. Becca made dealing with the insurance company easy and painless. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and we're very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Kaizen to a friend.

First of all I don't ever give 5 stars, and If I had a choice I would give Kaizen Group and Jeff , the company rep. who worked with us, 4.5 stars at least. They took care of everything, worked out everything with our insurance company and were attentive to details. I would work with them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. There was an instant when our roofing materials arrived a lot sooner than Jeff anticipated and the work crew showed up to start the project a head of us signing the final papers. The situations was quickly resolved and the crew came back later the same day to start the project. At one point there was a question about the feasibility of putting in the gable vents, due to some issues related to the age of our home. Jeff let us know they would not be able to do this part of the project as planned. Much to our surprise when we returned later in the day, the person doing the project and figured out how to solve the problem and they were installed. It was a very positive experience working with this team!

Don't let the newspaper or t.v. scare you off to all solilcitors. Rebecca Switzer with Kazen Group is honest. We thought they were storm chasers, at first, but she per-servered and now our house looks like new. This manager and her husband are credits to their generation. They are hard-workers and their construction crew do a great, detail-oriented job. Even if you are as picky as my husband, you'll approve.

Working with Becca was such an hassle free experience. We had to do next to nothing except the fun part, pick out the color and style of our new roof and siding. When the crews started the project they were finished in about 24 hours. We love the way our new home looks. Thanks for everything Kaizen Group.

Over the last few weeks we've been working with Becca, Trent, Adam, and the other members of the Kaizen Group and have been pleasantly impressed with their personable, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and responsive management of the repairs to our home. We sustained wind and hail damage in the April 2012 storms, and even though ours is a small claim, we received spectacular service from everyone at the Kaizen Group. Their combined expertise in the complicated world of insurance claims and the specialized area of what wind and hail damage actually look like and how best to repair and prevent it was a welcome change from our past experience with home repair "professionals." Becca was able to explain (and re-explain when we had questions) what every step of the insurance process meant, and if there were any small hiccups in the actual work on our home, Becca, Trent, and Adam were always available to put things right before they ever went wrong. I highly recommend this company!

I am not only impressed with the quality of work, but the personal, professional service as well. Rebecca is friendly, knowledgeable and made the process so easy. They are an ethical company whom I would do business with again in a heartbeat!

If I could have rated 10 stars, I would. I think Rebecca is awesome. Shes very personal and helped me tremendously with my State Farm claim. I've given out many business cards to friends.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Becca Switzer. Unbeknownst to me, my roof sustained hail damage in March 2011. Becca inspected the damage and produced a detailed damage and repair estimate. She went over everything in detail with me, answering questions I had not even thought to ask. Then she met with the insurance adjuster and discussed her estimate compared to his. There were a few items the adjuster overlooked which he added to his estimate as Becca pointed them out. Thanks to her, everything was listed and taken care of the first time. I never had to lift a finger from the moment she took charge until the job was completed. It was fantastic to have an expert in my corner. Everything was handled so professionally and efficiently. I never had to worry about a thing. The workmanship of the roofing crew was impeccable. I have complete confidence the insurance claim was handled correctly. The Kaizen Group also handled my rental property with the same thoroughness and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a top notch job done correctly the first time!

It just comes down to one word: Excellent. The workers are great, the project managers are professional and personable. We have no complaints at all - everyone loves our roof! I have had neighbors walk all the way down the street to tell me it was the nicest roof they had ever seen. The ease of the entire process and the customer service was absolutely wonderful.
