They had the products that I needed and delivery time was short. Additionally, I had been looking for a specific whole house water filter and couldn’t find it anywhere. After visiting their site I realize they were no longer being made but I could get a similar filter from them, great news!!

Great service and delivery. I received emails for every step of the transaction, and knew when my filter would arrive. It arrived right on time and in perfect condition.

Ordered filters and I believe they were here in 4 days. Fast service. The only thing a bit negative is all the emails. I order a two year supply so I really dont need an email reminder monthly to reorder.

They have filters that you can't find anywhere else. They stand behind their products as I had a filter with cracked casing and was replaced quickly, no questions asked.
