Palette Partners, LLC is a psychotherapy practice working with adults, families and couples in a supportive environment, offering real problem solving strategies that we create together. Dealing with anxiety or depression can be very scary. Often it can be challenging to deal with trauma that seems to be woven into your life and is presenting itself at every turn. This work is challenging, and yet, I see results in working through these issues using art therapy, traditional talk therapy and some elements of coaching. Whether your issue is a life transition, a parent coaching or a couple’s session, we will work together to strategize, connect, and help you move through the issue in a way that allows you to grow and be your best self.
