THE DEALERSHIP = WORSE EXPERIENCE.

There is one particular heavy set Caucasian man who I dealt with. .. never again.

The service side of Odonnel.. wonderful! ! Helpful, efficient, amazing team.

I've been a car owner for a long, long time and I have NEVER experienced the high quality of service that I have consistently received from O'Donnell Honda. I take three separate vehicles there for servicing and have only the highest of praise for their entire system.



I'm certain that all of their Service Techs are great but I must say that Jeff Brown is at the Top Of The Heap. His dedication to customer satisfaction and concern for your time goes above and beyond.

I am most certainly impressed with the service I received from ODonnell Honda. Specifically; Mike Scandora. His knowledge on the products is quite vast and he was quite helpful in our search. Here I found no silly games. Mike stopped us while we were walking out in the lot and mentioned that he was sincerely happy to help. Great Job O’Donnell! You have a customer for a while and I will send you my family.

After visiting several dealerships within the area and being treated in-humanely at one of them. I am most certainly impressed with the service I received from O’Donnell Honda. I could tell with that simple gesture, he was very cordial and seemed to care. We were treated well and he also offered to make a donation to a charity that I research. I could NOT be more impressed!! That is complete opposite of what I expected. Therefore, I highly recommend Mike Scandora at O’Donnell Honda in Ellicott City for any consideration of a new car. He has been with Honda for quite some time and it is noticeable. This is coming from a customer that purchased a civic which has also been an amazing car! Loved the entire experience.
