This place is amazing .The staff are top notch ,reasonable and very professional.I would highly recommend.

I can't emphasize how displeased I am with the services provided to my dog. They did such a HORRENDOUS job I do not know if I can trust going back to any grooming salon ever again. I took my dog in to get a trim and a little extra off his back end and tail. Apparently the workers here can not listen for the life of them and took that and shaved him completely. I specifically said he needs a trim and for it to not be too short. My dog has been to other groomers who actually listen to what I want done and has had no problem at all. I recently moved to the area and thought I would give this place a shot and I regret it 100%. When I went to pick him up I was absolutely horrified of what they did to him. I can't express enough to NEVER go to this establishment ever since the staff simply can't listen and do their job correctly. They are completely unorganized and have no idea what they are doing.

This place is terrible! I had both my dogs there and paid for one to have a full groom which would include a cut I paid $40. And all help got was washed no cut at all. The nails we're jagged and worse than before they went. They also did not even smell clean. Very dissatisfied and have called several times to talk to someone about this and no phone call back. So I will go back to pampered pet in Elkton they are amazing! And I get what I pay for. Only tried this placentury because my usual place was booked. Very sorry I did. I would givexpect no stars but cant

Please becareful when doing review that you have the right shop - that shop is Rhonda's Grooming near Readners - these girls are out on Route 40 near Rita's and Singerly Fire house - thanks !!!!!!!!!

This is not the shop that Bridget B on 7/31/14 is talking about - that is RGS Pets near Readners - this place is on Route 40 - Nikki and Maryanne do an awesome job and should not be slammed for something another grooming shop did - please check facts !!! Nice shop. Nice Staff. Reasonable prices!!
