Decided to let a local company put my windshield in, wrong decision! They put black handprints on my light grey headliner, also black spots/smudges, my dash now has a space between center counsel & dash, did not clean up their mess, left it for me. Morgan acknowledged & even took pictures stating they would fix this. Were in contact for a couple days then nothing. no call back no desire to make this right. Windshield was almost 400.00 & I now have to go have my car detailed by Ziebart to see if they can clean the black off headliner that I have to pay for. DO NOT use this company! A company that knows they gave bad service then won't make it right? Too many other places that won't cheat their customers. Always read reviews and get the insight.

Run, don't walk to another business for residential glass. Chose Quality Glass to replace Windows panes with broken seals. Quote was very affordable and I asked them to place the order. Two weeks later was notified order was not placed and half money is required. Order was then placed but three weeks later found out order had not been placed and woman no longer works there. NOW THE ORDER IS PLACED. When it arrives I have to twist arms to get it put in my home right away. BUT WAIT! THEY BROKE ONE! It has to be ordered. Put in a week later. 2 months for Windows and they say the owner will not give a discount to me for my inconvenience.
