Horrible customer service, in the end I walked out while on the phone making an appointment t elsewhere.

Well I took my truck into have a simple tire rotation and fill the tires with nitrogen at 7:30 am this morning. Tried to do it yesterday but was told they were too busy with appointments, however most of their bays were empty. Make an appointment for today. Go in at 7:20 don't you dare open that door a second before 7:30am. The idiot at the counter asks first do I have an appointment, yes, what am I having done, tire rotation and filled with nitrogen, I asked isnt it under my appointment what I am here for? You would have thought it was the first time he heard about a tire rotation. And what a major issue to due the nitrogen. Oh we will need the truck for awhile. Oh on the nitrogen did you buy the tires here? No you idiot it is a brand new truck! The day before the guy tells me oh we will throw in the nitrogen because you have had work done here before. I used to have a lot of work done there, not any more. Something so simple was made so complicated!
