I have personally worked in the construction field in various propensities for over 30 years and have experienced working with many skilled and talented individuals. Joe Gomes is a standout and stand-alone expert in his field; in my scope of work with design and development much is predicated on design concept. When working with Joe his extremely intuitive ability to discern and grasp my ideas and concepts then skillfully translate them into construction specifications and then implementing the whole concept into structure is truly his amazing gift.





Joe’s years of experience in the construction field have really been advantageous to the success of my project. Joe’s knowledge about all aspects of construction made it easy to complete the project on time, he always remained closely involved overseeing the project from start to finish. Joe’s experience with building codes and city specification facilitated a hassle free process when it came to permits and inspections. On a one to one basis working together with Joe he made my job as design and development manager so refreshing.
