Loved loved loved my cut and color from John. Really happy with the whole experience there .

It actually doesnt deserve even one star. The worst! Bought a groupon for a Brazilian Blow Out and was told I would have to upgrade to get the real thing! Yeah, he actually said with a straight face that they just came out with the "plant" based Brazilian Blowout, and that it isnt any good. And that if I want the original I'd have to pay for the upgrade. If the plant based wasn't any good, why were they offering it? More importantly, the GROUPON made no mention of the fact that it was anything but the regular Brazilian Blowout. AND they failed to mention this when I called for an appointment. Only after taking the morning off from work, driving out to elk grove (45 minutes for me and four gallons of gas round trip) did they deem it necessary to mention that the product they sold me for $125 really doesnt work! Do people really fall for this crap? Bait and Switch is what it is. I got a refund from GROUPON and I hope this place goes out of business, cause they surely treat their customers as marks. Shame on you.
