The staff is awesome with kids, they are patient, and make them laugh and feel comfortable during their visits. They have great customer service and are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The quality of care that we receive is well worth the visit.My kids love going there, and have been since they were 5 yrs old. Now they are teenagers. I won't go to another eye specialist.

I have been a using them for eye exams and buying Oakley sunglasses for over 10 years and had always had great experiences. Friendly staff and great customer service.

Over the past 10 years or so, I've visited the E-town office and the Cleona office, as well as two other providers. I moved and tried something closer to home, and they did not compare! I drive out of my way to go to Bouquet Mulligan Demaio because of the professional service (I don't feel like they're racking up services just to use my insurance), the expertise (they are very willing to work with your needs), and the personal touch of the optical center. I had one "bad" experience where I waited a VERY long time for my glasses. At the time, I was skeptical when they told me it was a problem with the manufacturer, but I believe it now, as the balance of my service has been nothing but exceptional. Kudos to the optical staff. They are SO helpful when trying to choose new glasses. They really help you find something that fits your face and your prescription!

I am a 10yr plus client and continue to be extremely pleased with the service and commitment displayed by the Dr.'s and Staff at BMD in E-town. My daughter was examined by Dr. Ray DeMaio when she was only 3yrs old and he was very patient and compassionate with her since she was so young. He continued to be an excellent physician into her teen years. When my daughter had problems with her glasses a few years ago, and Mr. Mulligan worked with me financially to replace frames that did not meet BMD standards. Mr. Mulligan was very kind and gave me great advice regarding another style of frames. More recently I took my son, which is 16yrs old to BMD for an eye exam and found the new Dr. Hoglund to be equally as qualified and courteous as Dr. DeMaio. BMD recently upgraded their frame wear selection to reflect more up to date styles and we easily found frames for my teen. I took my daughters and myself for eye exams in December. The service was wonderful. They spoke kindly and gently to my children, and answered any questions they had. When it was my turn to purchase glasses I was embarrassed to ask for the cheapest glasses possible, but it was fine the associate said, "I understand, I'm trying to save every penny these days also." I ended up getting a great pair of black Ralph Lauren glasses for $69! As for the facilites, it's extremely clean and open. I have recommended the eye group to my family and friends.

Terrible service. Paid for glasses weeks ago and still waiting for them. Hear one excuse after the other. Bottom line is that they wanted payment right away, now there is no incentive on their part to provide me with the product that I paid for. When I place calls to their office, they give me a different excuse each time. Very frustrating and I would NOT recommend anyone going to them.
