High quality hay with honest prices. The other review refers to a time we where having off and on bad weather. Rod answers his personal cell phone that he provides in the businesses voicemail. We will use this company for many more years to come for our training facility.

If you call his number the business hours include Saturday from 9:30to 5. I showed up as he was leaving and he told me he was closed (on a Saturday). I said, your voicemail and sign say open saturdays 9:30to 5, and he replied, it’s the holidays. So apparently you are to assume that if it is “the holidays” he will be closed, because apparently it is too difficult to change a voicemail. I would not recommend this business at all. He told me if he made an exception for one he’d have to do it for all and basically tried to make it as though it was my fault for not knowing his holiday plans. Very unprofessional, and he starting mouthing off after I said, ok have a nice day and rolled up my window.
