If you or someone you know is in need of mental health services I would strongly recommend that you find another source. If you are suicidal these people will leave you feeling even worse. It is not appropriate for a therapist to discount your feelings and basically tell you that you are unhappy and it's your own fault. Did she hear anything that I have shared in the past two years? I should realize I am unhappy because I am only use to misery and that's what I am comfortable with??? Does this sound sane? Would you want this person treating you? I think it is inappropriate for a therapist to interject their personal life into my sessions. The state of N.C is not paying this company for me to hear about their personal life on my time. Instead why not try to hear and LISTEN to your client. I also do not need to be analyzed by the receptionist and told every time how bad I look and go eat a couple of big Macs. Being a stroke victim I am aware my shoulder is out of alignment and do not need that pointed out to me each time I come in to the office. Do yourself a favor and find a facility that is dedicated to serving you and helps you reach your goals and desires. Everyone deserves happiness in their life, do not let these people deny you of your's. There are people that are committed to that, unfortunately this company and staff are not.

Terrible services from incompetent staff! I wouldn't allow this agency to care for my dog! Selecting them was an enormous mistake. Their psychiatrist is smug and condescending, and the company is only worried about money!

I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN KNOWING WHY THESE BUSINESS INDIVIDUALS WILL NOT PICK UP A PHONE, OR RETURN A CALL. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO HELP YOUR CHILD AND THIS BUSINESS MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE THEY ARE KICKING YOUR CHILD TO THE CURB!!!!!!!!!
