Provided by YP.comEl Faro serves down home Mexican food with friendly but business-like waitresses. Tortilla chips, pickled vegetables and Pico de Gallo were served to start, along with a squeeze bottle of green sauce to add extra spice if you like more. I had the Carnitas that were prepared the way I like them: thinly sliced, partly moist and partly crispy. The restaurant cuisine has a lot of personality, resembling one in Chihuahua.
