J&JCC is the best body shop in the area. Their customer service is impeccable and this has been carried through during pandemic. They are accommodating, quick, professional, friendly and deliver best in class quality with their work. I bring in my Tesla for all body shop needs here. I recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues. I even drive up from Laguna Beach to bring my vehicles to them for care regardless of extent (simple scratch or major collision).

They've damaged my interior beyond repair by styoring car parts INSIDE my vehicle. I've never seen anything like it. And they gave my car back in its damaged condition, not even bothering to take note of the gouges in the leather. They sent a guy to fix it, who caused the leather to crack and dry out.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE QUALITY!

We have been going to Jim and Jacks for years, most recently for a repair from someone bumping our Prius passenger door in a parking lot. They have always been friendly, on time, reasonably priced, and do a great job with updating on the status of the quote or repair. Also very convenient from most locations in the beach cities.

The guys at JIM and JACK's are awesome and did a great job! I had my coilovers installed in my BMW. I was able to check their past works and they're all amazing.

Highly recommended for those who need any work from suspension to bodywork, vinyling, etc . TWO thumbs up!!!

Amazing! This is an excellent body shop that I've been looking for. They are honest and straightforward. They will tell you exactly how much it cost for the parts and the labor... not very low but I was so amazed with the quality of work. A+++ and highly recommended!

Absolutely great! It's an Auto Body Shop that will really take care of car. They are quick yet very keen to every details. I can say that I am now a regular client of Jim and Jack's. I would highly recommend Jim and Jack's Collision Center to everyone!

I took my car there for a paint job and for what I paid I thought that it was a great value. Compared to the cost of other shops estimates it was a lot less expensive. I had my car back in a reasonable amount of time and it looks awesome!

I guess fate has brought us to Jim & Jacks a few times in the past couple of years. We were originally referred to them by our neighbor. Prior to bringing our vehicles to Jim & Jacks we used Performance Paint in Torrance and another body shop off Crenshaw near Torrance Court. After our vehicles were fixed, we were not happy with the quality of the finished product.

Since then we have been going to Jim & Jacks.



This time the front end of our Tahoe was damaged in a collision. My wife brought the vehicle in and it was assigned to Miguel Gomez. We called AAA and the repair began. When we went to pick the Tahoe up, there was a small dent in the left fender that had not been taken out and an imperfection on the left wheel well plastic. My wife is a perfectionist and obviously wanted it fixed. The service person, told us they would fix it the following day.



We picked up the vehicle a couple days later and it looks great.



Our Tahoe is a 2003 and has had quite a bit of use. This included the aftermarket aluminum wheels that have been on since 2004. The wheels were and have been very dirty and pitted making them unsightly. I have tried to clean them several times but got no further than knocking off the new brake dust.

Tonight we just noticed that the aluminum wheels had been polished making them look next to new.



This was not required nor was it a result of the collision. It is because of this treatment that Jim & Jacks has us and others as return customers. It is for this attention to detail that we tell others about Jim & Jacks and this is the reason we will return should we have the unfortunate opportunity to be involved in another collision.

An amazing place with amazing people. I don't know much about body shops, which is a good thing but these guys really WOW'ed me. I had my vehicle repaired through a GEICO claim and the insurance company was the one that initially referred me to Jim & Jacks. I had gone on yelp and other online review sites to do my research and noticed some negative reviews but there was an over powering amount of positive comments. Through my facebook friends I was able to find some people who had used Jim & Jacks and they too had nothing but positive remarks about their experiences. Well, after my own personal experience I could also say the same. My vehicle turned out immaculate, communication was superb, and turnaround time was unbelievable. The most appealing part was that it's a family owned business so I was able to shake hands and deal with the true owners. I could sense that the staff really cares and wants to make sure all customers are satisfied. I definitly would recommend Jim & Jacks to all family and friends

I had just picked up my brand new BMW from the dealership a week ago. As I was driving home I was severely rear ended. Thank God I had never been into an accident so I wasn't sure where to go and who to trust. I researched on the internet and found Jim & Jacks Auto body. After calling several dealerships and asking my peers I have found that Jim & Jack's was the most popular one. My insurance company also had recommended them which gave me a piece of mind. Most importantly, since I do drive a BMW I found that only a few body shops in the area have BMW certified technicians, and Jim & Jack's did. When I went to the shop one of the gentleman in the office was kind enough to take me to the back and showed me the shop. WOW!! the place was like a factory, they were so organized and clean. My representative, Ignacio, was really friendly and updated me throughout the repairs. When I picked up my car I was so happy with the results. The paint work and body work was impeccable. They even detailed my car as if I got it from the showroom. I usually don't write reviews but I had to compliment these guys for their great work and friendly staff. Good job and keep up the good work, I will recommend all I can !!!!!!

I took my Toyota Celica to Jim & Jacks with a damaged rear fender. Richie gave me exceptional service and care to the car. He made sure all the work was completed on time to help save me on car rental fees.



When I got the car back, I noticed they touched up a few scratched areas around the car as a bonus. The work done looked great and very professionally done.



Would highly recommend them if you care about your car and are willing to sacrifice a few extra bucks for quality craftsmanship.

Horrible! Go anywhere else but here. My fiancé damaged her car in a parking structure. She got 3 bids. As part of the damage she was looking to have a prior scrape in the door as a part of the repair that was in the very immediate vicinity. All 3 shops agreed to include this as part of the repair. She selected Jim and Jacks. Lo and behold when the car was ready, the repair was not made. You had to see it to believe it. They literally painted right up to the scratch and stopped. We couldn’t believe it! When my fiancé called they of course denied they had agreed to the prior arrangement, then went on to give us their weak excuse but of course offered us their up-sell to repair it for another fee.



The final insult-to-the-injury was when we used a credit card to pay the deductable charge and discovered fraudulent charges on the card . The card had little activity on it and the fact that it was used on one day at Jim and Jacks and the next day it has fraudulent charges for $570.00. Coincidence? It was it obvious to us where the theft had occurred. Of course we cancelled the credit card and spoke with the card issuer but as a point of concern for others we decided to contact the owner of the company. I was not allowed to speak to the owner but instead passed to a female manager who immediately went on the defensive, denying it actually ever happened. I did feel like I was talking to the fox in the hen house but the only point of the call was only to alert them. I should have been thanked not defended against. By the call’s end it was strongly apparent how business is conducted and how client’s are treated by the employees at Jim and totally Jacked!



Go somewhere else! You’ve been warned.

I am totally disappointed with Jim & Jack.

To give the full perspective, here goes my short story based on two encounter with them.



Prior experience:

5 years back I took my Toyota truck to them that had fender bender (Relatively small damage to both front and back bumpers with no chase or motor damage. I went to them because my insurance recommended them and they are close to my home.

Their initial estimate of damage was $3000, my truck at that time worth about 8K and once work done in about one month time, they charged my insurance $7000.



Recent experience:

I have been rear ended while being stopped at traffic light few days back.

The party hitting me admits fully to be at full fault, i.e. their insurance will pay all the damage to mine.

My insurance that I have been happily with them for 16 years, refer me to this shop again.

Before leaving my car for repair, I ask them to tell me what exactly they will do for my car as my insurance gesture has told me I have the choice of repair center that may not be what they recommend and I should be fully satisfactory work job done.

Henry at Jim & Jack (in full honesty!) tells me that my damaged rear bumper will be painted and admits it will not match the color of rest of back of car as new paint will ultimately show itself but due to policies and guidelines set by my insurance, he will not paint the rest of the back of the car (Area just above the bumper) even thought it will not be the perfect job as my insurance has given them absolute guidelines not to do so.

If I didn't know enough about my insurance, I would have changed my insurance immediately and for sure I will never go back to Jim and Jack and take my business somewhere that can do a decent job and take right care of me.

Be the judge yourself and know what you get before getting into a wrong commitment.

In my opinion, considering the work needed on the my car otherwise, the painting in area above the bumper that could match the color at the end and keep me satisfied, would be limited to the very little increase in final charge, possibly of 1/2 cane of additional paint (Probably a single digit $ value), but even though I tell Jim and Jack that I will not tolerate a cheap job on my car, they refuse to help or serve me. BTW did I mentioned that the party hitting me is 100% at fault and my insurance would receive their payment whatever the fair cost is... WHAT ARE THEY THINKING!!!



I will NEVER AGAIN deal with JIM & JACK that based on my two experiences are here to rip off both the insurance company and client just to make profit for themselves.
