Paper thin walls, unsavory long-term guests, chronic theft, communal kitchen with filthy refrigerators, dirty communal bathrooms. The managers are petty and incompetent, constantly nosing into everyone’s personal business. The wife is in a chronic fog due to meds, pre-occupied with inquiring into tenants' personal lives, and lies and schemes against the tenants. The husband does everything the wife tells him to do even if he doesn’t agree with her. Many of the tenants highly dislike the wife, but stay are strapped for cash so continue to stay there. If you have to stay in this town, you can't beat the location, but I do not recommend this hotel.
