First time dealings with them. Walked in the front door, they are all about their pets which is okay. She was real happy to send us to the large animal part. Oh, it is in another building. Completely Unmarked. No obvious front door. Had to try every walk- in door we saw. The 'front door' was INSIDE another door. Not much friendly people, scared to death of our bull, we had to load him ourselves. NO health papers were provided, no thank you, no nothing! Will not recommend them to anyone. All customers effected by this transaction were unhappy.
