THE WORST!! Made a payment plan for a fridge a few days before Halloween and that was our first mistake. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. They were supposed to deliver our fridge the very next day but didn't show up until Halloween and kept us waiting 5 (1) hours past when they said they would be there. Then the guy who delivered our fridge, tore up our door frame and scratched our door bringing it in. Then, The darn thing leaked from the filter and it was missing drawers and shelves! It took us 2 weeks, 15 phone calls, and a whole lot of waiting for a manager to call us back to finally get a replacement until they could get it fixed. (wouldn't allow us to swap) The replacement fridge cooled at first but then didn't. So they brought us ANOTHER temp after THREE WEEKS of no fridge and a million phone calls begging for another fridge or ours back. This one dinged constantly. So, we finally got the fridge we ordered after THREE MONTHS. To top it all off, Today i got a very rude phone call from a gentleman who told me he is going to repossess our fridge today because we are 2 days late on our payment. No phone call reminding us our payment is due, just straight to repossession. WOW! They need to be shut down. Also, CORPORATE IS AWARE OF THIS! I would give no stars if I could. We're getting on Craig's list tonight and pushing that piece out to the curb.
