I left some curtains and a pair of trousers for alteration. They were promised for a particular date, but when I went to pick them up I was told they would not be ready for another day. I said I would come back. But the clerk instead insisted she would deliver them herself to my house the next day. And she did.

I live across from UTEP, about eight miles from this shop. I didn't even ask for this service; she refused to let me be inconvenienced.

They do great work. I took a pair of jeans to be shortened the hem looked great. I am so happy to have found them.

they did not finish the first time, and never bother to call me. so, i was there to find out. and they said they will finish on that day and call me. never call me for finished product, i guess they arent finished. and their list phone number go to the fax machine...

if you are in time crunch to alteration..... never, once again never come to this place... price is fair, but service is one of the worst i experienced.....
